Normal morning yoga routine. Had some technical difficulties but, since Jenny and I know the routine almost by heart, we just did it on our own. It actually felt good to get up and get it done. Hard trying to get everything done that we want. The challenge is how to handle the off days.

Also, I think I need to look at tweaking my diet. I'm not happy with my weight right now. Mostly my belly.
