Notes

Trying an experiment to squat occasionally during the day. Did squats throughout the day, focusing on doing one set of 10 sporadically. I figured I needed to start doing more than I'm doing presently. Felt good to do something, even if it wasn't too much. I figure I can do this daily and have a decent benefit.
