Notes

Did some interval running and walking with the dog in the evening. He definitely needs to be trotted around a bit. Of course, I do too. :) The route I chose was basically flat, so I didn't really have to worry about inclines. I'll add that in later. Right now, I just want to get in the habit of getting out and doing something.
