Notes

Warm up was shoulder rehab movements (10x each movement, with the 3lb dumbbell). decided to step down the dumbbell weight because my shoulder was sore from doing the higher weight w fewer reps. I'm hoping being consistent with this weight for awhile. Shoulder looseners w the iron bar, then pass-throughs. Burgener warm up w the iron bar, 5x each movement.

A little tired this morning from the rain and not getting to sleep until 10. I definitely need to get in bed a bit earlier. This is especially important considering the article I read yesterday about the need athletes have for good sleep.

Didn't do much cool down. I'll probably try some stretching this evening.
