Warmed up w/shoulder rehab movements. 3lb dumbbell and 10x each movement. I think being consistent is making a difference. Also did Burgener warm up, shoulder warm up movement and pass throughs. The right shoulder is finally starting to loosen up and hurt less during specific movements.
Increased the weights today. I'm glad I did. It made for a better workout. I even managed to get all three sets of my pull ups without having to kip. I think it might be time to add another set. Maybe next week?
Didn't really do much for cool down since I had to get out of the house sooner rather than later. Definitely want to/need to stretch some today at work.
Still need to look at improving my eating as well.
