Notes

Warmed up with shoulder rehab movements, shoulder looseners, and pass throughs. Then used the iron bar for Burgener warm up, 4x each movement.

Had a good workout. I can definitely feel the improvement. I probably need to increase the weights next week. Almost increased the weights this time as well, but I recently increased the workload.

Rushed the cool-down to get out in time to pick up the kids. Definitely need to spend some time today/this evening stretching and loosening up.
