Did yoga and calisthenics this morning. I was a bit tired from yesterday, even if I went to bed early. Glad I lifted yesterday.

Started with shoulder rehab work w increased weight. I used 5lb and did 7x for each movement. Felt pretty good and I think I have the right weight focus, since it's a little more total weight than 10x w the 3lb dumbbells.
After my shoulder work, I did the 15 minute morning yoga routine. I added my hip stretches and IT band stretches. Then I worked on my ab work. 2 sets of 5 myotatic crunches with a 5lb plate. It was TOUGH! Obviously I'm a bit out of shape. I added in 10 'puking cats' and 20 total hanging knee raises. I wonder if I can fit some bike riding in this evening. It'd be nice.
