Notes

Warmed up with shoulder rehab movements, 3lb and 7x per movement. Also included some internal rotation towel pulls. Then did shoulder looseners and pass throughs (4x each movement). Finished with the Burgener warm up with the iron bar, 4x per movement.

Tried to move quickly through my lifts since I started a bit later than anticipated. It was kinda tough to get rolling this morning, since I just wanted to sleep in. Workout went well over all. I was a little surprised how easy the power cleans felt. I definitely need to increase the weights next time.
