15 minute morning yoga routine went well, plus hip stretch complex. I can tell I missed it Saturday. Definitely need to include it on the weekends.
Did shoulder rehab exercises, 5lb and 8x each movement. I think I'll stick with 8x the movements for awhile, though it didn't feel too tough.
Did ab work, including 10 x 10 second 'puking cats', 2 sets of 5 myotatic crunches with the 5lb weight and 2 x 10 hanging knee raises. This one is a bonus, since it hits my grip as well as my abs. I might be able to include ring braces instead of handing. Of course, this would probably change the focus of the work.
5x2 @25lb half Turkish Get ups. Started from the floor to the bridge position, then back down. Felt some twinges in the right shoulder when it was in the support position, but not when it was lifting the weight. I think the continued rehab work is the key to making sure I don't run into real issues.
Basically today was an easy day. I may do some cardio/rucking this afternoon. I'm sure the dogs could use the walk.
