Morning yoga routine. Hip stretches.

Puking Cats (10), Myotatic crunches (5lb, 2 sets of 5). Hanging leg raises (2 sets of 10).

Shoulder rehab movements, 5lb and 8x each movement. Shoulders were sore from lifting earlier this week, so doing these exercises actually helped.
