Warm Up:
Shoulder rehab movements. 5lb 8x each movement, towel internal rotations, shoulder looseners x4, Burgener warm up with the iron bar x 4, stripper stretches 5

Felt pretty tired the whole time. I even considered not finishing my power clean sets. I had trouble with the movement from the get-go. I managed to work through it and get the workout done. I'm especially glad I completed my cool down as well. I definitely needed the stretches to loosen up and relax after my workout.

IT band stretches, hip stretch complex
