De-load workout today, to give my body some rest and recovery time. I plan to do the same thing with my next lifting workout as well. Since I've been building up my weights for awhile, and I've been consistent, it's probably about time.
Warm Up:
Shoulder rehab movement, 5lb 8x each movement, behind the back internal rotations, shoulder looseners x3, pass throughs x 4, Burgener warm up with the iron bar x 4, stripper stretches 3
Still feeling a bit 'laggy' and tired. Definitely glad I'm taking it easy for the rest of this week.
