Notes

Had a pretty good workout this morning that included:

Morning yoga - Did the normal morning routine.
Puking cat 10 x 10 seconds - these went pretty well. Because I did them early, I didn't have any issues with breathing/breath hold.
Ankle stretches - tried a new stretch to work on ankle flexibility. I could feel it work a bit, especially on my right ankle. We'll see how it turns out.
Shoulder rehab 8x each movement 5lb - pretty straightforward. Probably need to increase the reps to 9 soon.
2x5 myotatic crunch 5lb - These were actually easier than they were in the past. Not easy, but not as hard. PROGRESS!
Hip stretch complex - basic work to keep the hips loose. I like it. :)
1x5 Jefferson curl 10lb - Since I want to work on back/hamstring flexibility, I thought I would add this in. Worked hard to use proper technique.
1x5 half Turkish get up 25lb (Left and right) - Felt good. Didn't have any shoulder problems or issues with the weights. :)

Felt a little tired when I woke up. Jenny had some up and down sleep patterns last night, starting around 2-3 am. We're still working on trying to get her off her meds so she can get back to 'normal.' Definitely going to take a nap later.
