Stripper stretches - 4x
Morning Yoga Routine - a bit stiff today. I think I need to keep doing this.
Hip stretches - Glad I took the time this morning to include these. Always makes a difference.
IT band stretch
Shoulder Rehab movements, 5lb, 9x each movement. - Right shoulder is less 'twingey' than it was yesterday. Still not planning to work on it while at work today.

My lower back is a bit stiff this morning. I think this is a combination of reasons, including not doing my yoga/stretching for awhile, as well as some soreness from the squat therapy work I did yesterday. Probably need to spend more time doing 'squat therapy' to work on my posterior chain, but my lower back specifically.
