Notes

Took the dogs for a quick jog/walk this morning before work. Did this after my morning stretching/yoga routine. It was fun to trot the dogs around for a bit. I think I'm going to try and make this more of my morning routine. It would definitely help them.

And honestly, it's only a mile and about 15-20 minutes of effort. It should work well with my schedule.
