Had a short workout this morning by choice. The back pain is a LOT better, mostly because I've been working on it. I think I need to REALLY concentrate on stretching and mobility work, even when I get back to lifting. I may have to include more during my work day. Yesterday I stood more and stretched more at work, which I think helped contribute to my improvements.
