Morning yoga routine, with some additional hip stretch complex work. Finished up with 10 'puking cats' @ 10 sec. I like this routine because, A) It's not as strenuous as my lifting days, so I get a chance to relax and B) I can sleep in a bit later in the morning with the wife. In addition to working out, I'm also slowly working on improving my diet. Can't wait to see the improvements from all the healthy habits.
