Burgener Warm Up - Iron bar 4x each movement
Squat therapy - 5-6 attempts/reps

Decided to work on squat therapy today instead of a regular workout, mostly to fit within the time constrains of taking the kids to school. Went pretty well, though I can see I should probably do this more often.
