Morning Yoga - Felt good, though a bit stiff
Puking Cats (10 @ 10 secs) - Had trouble getting the gut all the way up and in.
Hip Stretch Complex - Felt a bit tight, but was good to go at the end.
Hanging Pull Up progression (2 x 10 reps) - Felt pretty easy. Still need to be consistent.
Supported Ring Dips (2x 5 reps) - Felt weak. Definitely need to work on this more.
Stripper Stretches (3 x 45 seconds) - Emphasized calf/ankle stretch during the deep squat portion
Jefferson Curl - 3x 20lb - I was surprised how difficult this was when coming up. It felt good, but it's something I could do more of.
