Notes

Warm up:
Joint rotations
Shoulder internal rotations - 3 x 5sec
Squat therapy - 5lb weight down to punching bag (actually worked great)
Pass throughs - 5 reps
Burgener warm up - iron pipe x 5

Had a pretty good workout, even though I was a tad tired when I started. Made sure to lift heavy, especially the bench press. Based on where I am, I probably need to increase my back squat by 15 next time instead of just 10.
