Had a good workout. I was a little tired this morning, probably because of the busy weekend and the fact that it was pretty chilly. Still, once I started into my warm up, I felt good. I lifted heavy today to try and push things forward. I'm glad I did. Left me feeling nice and relaxed after the workout.
