Had a slow start to the workout routine this morning, since I was having website issues. Managed to get everything worked out and went the old "paper and pencil" route. After I got started, things seemed to work out pretty well. I tried to make sure I was lifting heavier weights. Interesting note, my left hip has been giving me issues during the day after heavy lift days. Not sure of the issue, but stretching seems to help work it out.
