Lightened up my weights this morning to move through the workout. I'm pretty happy about that, since I'm still having a struggle getting up and getting going. It did help. I also worked on adding kettlebell swings and myotatic crunches. I swapped hands during the kettlebell swings. Felt pretty good during the workout. I may need to do more reps for the myotatic crunches as well.
