Notes

Slept in a little bit, then did some stretching and calisthenics this morning to get moving.

Samson Stretches - 30 secs each side
'Worlds Greatest Stretch' - worked on both sides
Squat therapy - 3x Used medicine ball to hold and squatted to foam roller. A bit deeper than normal, but it helped.
Myotatic crunches - 10x, no weights.
Down dog - spent some time in down dog to work on flexibility in my ankles. Definitely need to work on this more in future workouts.
