Notes

Did some walking/running with the dogs this morning, then finished up with some stretching/yoga at home. Felt surprisingly good during the running portions of my workout. I think this is due in large part to the lifting and kettlebell swings I've been doing during my other workouts.

One thing that's stressing me is my sleep patterns. I'm not satisfied with the quality of my sleep. I think I need to invest in a sound machine to provide soothing sounds during the night. Sleeping only 6 hours a night stunts my ability to recover from heavy workouts, which translates into me not wanting to lift.
