Notes

Did a 15 minute morning yoga routine, a different one than I normally do. It was a bit more active and kept me moving. Then I completed the hip stretch complex while I had the mat out. Finished off with 20 kettlebell snatches @ 30lbs, 10 with each hand.

Still plan to include more work during the work day.
