Warm Up:
Joint Rotations
Burgener Warm up - Iron pipe x 5, Oly Bar x 3

Did a fast workout in the evening after work. Focused on the Olympic lifts to help address strength and flexibility at the same time. I felt VERY weak compared to where I used to be. It just let's me know I need to get back to consistency in my lifting.

Cool Down:
Dog walk with the wife. Took an easy walk with Jenny after the workout. It definitely helped the dogs calm down. It was good for Jenny as well, since it got her moving.
