Had a great morning workout. Kept the weight at an appropriate level to allow me to move through the exercises while still providing a decent challenge. I definitely need to include some cardio work while I'm in the office. Thankfully I can work it into my day.

I also need to think about including some stretching/yoga in the evening. Did some last night with the wife and really enjoyed it. I'll probably do some again tonight.
