Had a pretty good workout this morning. I was running a little late, so I took some short cuts in my warm up. I still made sure to include a bit of a cool down. I did lighter weights to be able to move forward quickly. I did experience some pain/tightness issues with my left IT band, thus the stretch in the cool down. I also used my physio ball to massage/pressure point the left side of my back and my left hip.

Overall, a good experience.
