Had a good workout this morning, though I was a bit tired. Managed to get out of bed in part because of the "Workout Every Day!" challenge I've set for April. Managed to do some stretching last night to get things started, so I wanted to continue today.

Weights were semi-light so that I could move through the exercises. Felt really good doing the power cleans. Sets of 3 work best for that exercise. I'm slowly increasing the weights I use to make sure I still see improvements. Honestly, it just feels good to get up and move.

Cool Down:
IT Band Stretch 3x5 secs
Hip stretch complex 3x5 secs
