Had a really good workout today, though fast. I simply focused on squats since I didn't have a lot of time. I decided to work up to heavy singles to help expand my strength. I'm only slightly surprised at where I ended up. I think that, given more time, I could have lifted more.

In the evening before bed, I spent some time using the ball on my left lower back and hip. I also made sure to take some time and stretch when I went to bed. I think I need to focus on my hip stretches to help keep my hips loose and address the tightness in my left hip/IT band.
