Went with a shorter, sharper workout today. Since I worked out this morning, this was a nice way to split things up a bit. I kept my rest periods shorter, and worked on making sure my lifting technique was spot on. Since I had issues with my left hip, I spent some cool down time working on the stretches that would help me loosen it up.
