Joint rotations
Hip and hamstring kicks
Squat Therapy 3 x 5lbs
Burgener Warm Up - Iron bar, 3x each movement

Did the pre-BUDS Warning Order workout
4 x 10 Push Ups
4 x 10 Sit Ups
3 x 2 Pull Ups

Definitely a good way to help wake up in the morning without thrashing myself. Didn't sleep well last night between going to bed late and all of the interruptions during the night. Still plan to workout this evening when I get home from work.
