Wanted a quick workout and figured I could do a Squat/Push/Pull Workout. Definitely felt good. I hope it helps me be more relaxed during the day as well. I'll probably be working on this 2x a week, then including some heavy Kettlebell swings and mobility work on the other days. We'll have to see how things go.
