Notes

Heaviest I've ever been. To fix this, I need to work on my diet as much or more than my workout consistency.

Did Tabata intervals with sets of 10 kettlebell swings @ 45#. Started off pretty easy but ended up being a good, hard finish. I may need to add more weight next time.

Cool down was shoulder movement work with the Iron Bar, then:
Burgener Warm Up - Iron Bar x 4, Oly Bar x 3

Over all, a good, quick workout that helped get me breathing hard and loosened up my shoulders. Definitely need to include more of this.
