Did a new morning yoga routine today to help my back/hip. Seems like, whenever I start really working on my fitness, I have to battle through my back issues. Continuous yoga seems to be the only real way to combat this.

I also need to continue working on stretching and moving at work. I think sitting too much contributes to my back issues.
