Notes

Warm Up:
Shoulder Rehab movements 5lb x 6 for each movement. Still having some tweaks/pain in the left shoulder. I definitely need to keep stretching and working on this.

Did Tabata interval thrusters as a cardio/weight lifting exercise. Lost count of my sets and ended up not finishing. I need a better way to keep track of which set I'm on. Still a good workout, but I can do better.
