Notes

Had a good ride through Burns after work. Started a bit late, but still managed to get a decent ride in. Weather was a bit on the muggy side since it rained earlier today.

Put in a good, hard 5 minute TT at RPE 8. Kept my speed around 16 the whole time. Made for a fun effort. I also pushed it a little bit on the climbs and felt good. Definitely need more days/rides like today.
