Notes

Did a short ride from the house. It was awesome to get things done. Did some intervals. 4x30 secs, then 5 min rest, then 4x30. During the intervals, I went hard. 10 RPE for sure. Definitely tough intervals. I felt better during the second half intervals. Overall a good ride.

Took it easy on the ride home to cool down quite a bit.
