Warmed up this morning, then did some Burgener warm ups (Oly Bar, 3x each movement) and kettlebell swings (35lbs by 80 reps) to start the day. Woke a bit earlier than normal to get things going. I think I like this early morning routine, especially if I don't work too hard.
