Did a quick routine to focus on the shoulders, since I've had some shoulder pain in my left shoulder recently. Started with the shoulder rehab complex to get stretched out and warmed up, then moved through the sets/reps. I probably need to do this more consistently. It felt nice to have energy, especially after being sick and having no energy for 2 solid weeks.
