Notes

Had a good ride, though not too long. Warmed up by riding down to the Burns Park soccer fields, then doing some intervals. Intervals were top speed intervals, so it was a legs/lungs combo. The ride home was VERY slow, on purpose. I wanted to let my legs recover.

Intervals:
5 x 30 sec sprint, 30 sec rest.
Rest for 5 minutes
5 x 30 sec sprint, 30 sec rest.
