Notes

Had a nice, long ride since the weather was so nice. Did a 3-mile time trial after riding easy for about 30 minutes. Did 3 miles in 8:55, though I had a pretty good tailwind. Definitely need to retest in a few weeks to see what my own effort brings. I'm curious to see where I will end up after some more work.
