Notes

Warm Up:
Joint mobility work
shoulder rehab movements (5lbs x 8reps)
Pass-throughs
Squat Therapy work
Burgener Warm Up (Oly bar, 4x each movement)
Burpees (10) - There DEFINITELY got the heart pumping!

The workout went pretty well. I managed to get through the clean and jerks, mostly using my hips to get height on the bar. I only stopped twice during the lifts. I completed all of the clean and jerks "for time", and finished in 4:49.

Cool Down:
Burpees (10) - MUCH tougher after the workout! Glad I'm working on these, since it's something that helps with overall mobility.
Hip Stretch Complex.
