Did my morning yoga routine, as well as doing my hip stretch complex, and working on some mobility drills to get limber and loose after a winter break of doing nothing. My left hip had a lot of issues, including tightness and some pain when trying to externally rotate during squat like movements. I'm going to be working on this in the future.
This makes me also understand that I'm going to end up working out twice each day, if I really want to improve.
