Notes

Worked out a bit harder today, though I started with he same morning yoga routine and my hip stretch complex. After that, I did some track warms ups, then 6 shuttle runs. I finished with some jump rope, since some missionaries came and one had a jump rope. I need to get one of these and add it to my regular morning routine/rotation.

On a side note, I ate like crap last night, so my gut kinda feels like crap this morning. :-/ Of course, since i know the cause, I also know the cure. :)
