Had a pretty good workout today. Still having twinges in my left hip/IT Band area. Not sure how to address it other than to keep on doing what I'm doing. One thing I may do is get out of bed earlier and drink my shake before doing morning chores with the animals. I think it will help me have more energy for my day.
Didn't do my yoga this morning, so I'll probably do it this afternoon.
