Warm up:
Joint rotations

Shoulder rehab movements (5lbs x 8 reps)
Burgener warm up

First set was easy. Final set was definitely harder. Still, I'm glad I was able to finish.

Also, the left Hip/IT Band/Lower back are still stiff/tight. I worked on it during the workout in my stretches, but I need to work on during the day as well.
