Took some time today at seminary to work on stretching, since I didn't bring my yoga mat. I focused mostly on my lower body, since my hips and legs are so tight. I also did some work on my lower back to help loosen up the left side. It's slowly getting better. Stretches are listed below. One thing I plan to do is do the "greatest" stretch during the middle of the day as well to help keep things loose.
Calf stretches

Hip Stretch (bent leg, w foot on the opposite knee)
Modified hurdlers stretch
Psoas Stretch to "greatest" stretch
