Notes

I slept in a bit this morning, since I didn't get in bed at a decent time last night. I still managed to use my seminary time to stretch and work on foam rolling my hips and back. I'm glad I did the work, since lifting has a tendency to make my hips and back tight.

One thing that will help is doing more stretching during the day and spending time at night working on my hip/lower back before I go to bed.
